TIANWEI New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated polysilicon, wafer, cell, module and PV system supplier, combining over 7,000 tons of polysilicon capacity under the TIANWEI Group. TWNE is the only company in China owning a complete PV industrial chain, from Silicon to System.
The upstream hyper-pure polysilicon facilities, based on an upgraded Siemens process, have a capacity of 7,260 tons annually. The established downstream capacity is 500MW for wafer, cells and modules. After the development of phase two, the capacity will be over 1GW by the end of 2011. After the completion of the phase three development, the production capacity will hit 1.5GW by 2012.
