Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated polysilicon, wafer, cell, module and PV system supplier, combining over 7,000 tons of polysilicon capacity under the Tianwei Group.  TWNE is the only company in China owning a complete PV industrial chain, from Silicon to System. The upstream hyper-pure polysilicon facilities, based on an upgraded Siemens process, have a capacity of 7,260 tons annually.  The established downstream capacity is 250MW for wafer, 100MW for cells and 100MW for modules.  After the development of phase two, which is currently in process, the capacity will be over 500MW in 2011.  After the completion of the phase three development, the production capacity will hit 1GW.
