On June 9th, 2009, along with Vice Director Jang Yu of Shuangliu Development and Reform Bureau, Sun Qin, the Vice Director of National Energy Board, Dong XiuFeng, the Chief Director of the National Energy Board, Li YaPing, the vice Director of the Sichuan Development, Zhengchao, the Vice Director of the Chengdu Development and Reform Commission were invited by TianWei New Energy holdings Co.,Ltd (TWNE).

Vice President of TWNE, Zhao Baoli, introduced the  project construction and production management team to the guests and presented the series of initiative  to deal with the Financial Crisis. Then, both sides discussed energy supply. Director Sun mentioned that  efficient measures will be made to guarantee the supply of electricity , so as to support all the development of significant projects in the corporation.

Sun Qin emphasized that the Government is paying close attention to the development of Photovoltaic Industry, and making all kinds of policies to support the development of PV enterprises. It is hoped that TWNE could seize these opportunities, focus on technologies innovation and management, reduce cost, improve technology,extend market , increase sales, complete project construction and grow in size and strength.  Dong Xiufeng gave a detailed interpretation of the new Photovoltaic Industry Policy.

Accompanied by Zhao Baoli,the delegation visited the Production Line of the wafer, cell, and module and gave a  praise for its Management techniques.
